Paul Hill has been representing people injured as a result of the negligence of others for his entire career. All personal injury cases and medical malpractice cases are taken on a contingency basis, meaning that the client will never have to worry about paying up-front fees and all attorney fees will come from the person’s insurance company who caused the injury. Paul’s philosophy in these cases is to obtain the best results for his clients. He will discuss your case with you, obtain all relevant medical records, medical bills, wage loss information, and anything else necessary to obtain recovery for you.
Paul is always available during the duration of your case to take your calls or emails and to update you on the status of your case. Paul’s philosophy is to prepare a strong case and then fairly assess its value. He will then consult with you regarding a fair demand and submit a comprehensive Settlement Demand Package to the insurance company. All cases are prepared and submitted with the goal of settling the case quickly and keeping client costs down.
The insurance companies have learned over the last quarter century that failure to reasonably settle their cases with Paul will end up costing them more through Trial of the case. “Pay me now…or pay me more later” is what the insurance companies will hear regarding your case
In December 2018, the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional a new state law requiring prospective medical malpractice claims to be screened by expert review panels. The court’s opinion said too many claimants were being denied timely access to court by a process that was too slow and gave defendants too much influence.
